Background of Paul McDaniel, President
Paul McDaniel is the President & General manger of Trivest Construction
Inc. Paul graduated from the University of Memphis with a BS in Civil
Engineering. Paul worked as a field engineer for Allen O’Hara
in Memphis, Tennessee. He moved to Atlanta and learned estimating and
project management at Piedmont Engineering and Construction where he
estimated and managed over 3000 multi-family units.
Mr. McDaniel then started a career in commercial construction with general
contractors in the Atlanta area. He managed projects that included;
high rise elderly housing (14 stories), office buildings, strip shopping
centers with grocery store anchors, corporate offices for Republic Airlines
and Liberty Mutual, gymnasium/field house at Valdosta State University,
Atlanta Plaza 38 floors 1.2 M SF office space and parking deck, along
with other medical and office buildings. Mr. McDaniel then moved to
the owners’ side of construction and worked for Marriott where
he built over 500,000 square feet of hospitality space and W.H. Smith
which allowed him to build high end retail space in Hawaii, Alaska,
Puerto Rico and all major cities in the contiguous United States.
Background
of Sami Halteh, Vice President
Sami Halteh is the Vice President of Trivest Construction Inc. and is
in charge of estimating. Sami graduated with a BS in Civil Engineering
and a MS in Technology Management from Southern Tech. University Marietta
GA. Mr. Halteh worked as a field engineer for Nashashibi Enterprises
for Hyundai’s Dealership/Regional office.
Mr.
Halteh then worked for the Conmac Corporation a general contractor in
estimating. He moved into construction consulting with Hanscomb International
as a cost engineer. At Hanscomb he worked on numerous jobs ranging from
500K to 35M. He then went into Project Management with Delta Construction
and Atlanta Construction Development in the Atlanta area were he estimated
and project managed projects such as: animal clinics, office condominiums,
auto parts stores & retail shopping centers.
Background of Bill Hoelscher, General Superintendent
Bill Hoelscher is the general superintendent for Trivest. He has a degree
in Construction Management from Park College, MO. He has also held positions
in project management for numerous construction projects. The projects
that Bill has been involved with range from small interior fit-outs
50K to multi-story structures up to 4 million. He has experience in
wood, block and steel buildings. Before joining the Trivest team Bill
worked for Triad Construction as well as Geyer Contractors.

Scott
Anderson,
CAPS
Scott Anderson has a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the
University of Nebraska-Lincoln, 1970, and an MBA from the University
of Nebraska-Lincoln, 1971. Scott manages the Aging-In-Place division
of Trivest Construction, Inc. He is an architect with over thirty years
experience custom designing and constructing commercial and residential
structures.
With
our Aging-In-Place clients, Scott specializes in assessing their specific
physical needs, understanding their current home potential, and designing
modifications to help them live safely, independently, and comfortably
in their homes for life. Scott has been designated by the National Association
of Home Builders as a Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist (CAPS). He’s
a very good listener, a creative problem solver, and has a wealth of
ideas to make your home work better for you.
